An experienced C-suite executive, Janet has a unique ability to connect with executives and team members at all levels while fostering cross-functional collaboration and connected cultures.
Prior to Onsite, Janet served as Co-President, Chief Strategy and Operating Officer for BUNTIN, the COO of Onsite, and a partner and practice leader for strategy, change leadership, and facilitation at c3/consulting (now Ankura). In addition, she has held leadership positions in business development, finance, sales, operations, and customer experience in a variety of industries. She is uniquely positioned to understand firsthand the challenges that executives face in today’s workplace.
