Lisa Ledonne is the Director of Clinical Services overseeing Psychiatry and Medical Observation services at Stanford Health Care in Palo Alto, California. She has a BSN from the University of Iowa College of Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership from Illinois Benedictine University College of Nursing. Lisa has extensive clinical and administrative experience both a major private and public academic institutions. She has participated in multiple research projects, including TMS for use in patients with depression on the inpatient psychiatry units at Stanford, and was instrumental in psychiatric nursing publications. She excels in driving change management, leveraging her skills and expertise to foster positive culture shifts across numerous inpatient nursing care units. Lisa is knowledgeable about regulatory requirements in the inpatient sector and actively involves staff in maintaining compliance. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys traveling, dancing, winemaking, and fishing. Lisa resides in Morgan Hill, California with her husband and daughter and three dogs.
