Notably, he spent 20 seasons in the NBA, holding key positions such as Director of Sports Medicine for the Milwaukee Bucks, Physical Therapist and Assistant Athletic Trainer for the Chicago Bulls, Head Strength and Conditioning Coach and Physical Therapist for the New Orleans Hornets and Assistant to the Head Athletic Trainer and Strength Coach of the Boston Celtics.
