Thrills, chills, and adrenaline-filled are not words you’d normally associate with a conference. But The Global Exchange has never been your typical conference. For 2024, join your industry colleagues for a once-in-a-lifetime experience as we take over select areas within Universal Islands of Adventure exclusively for conference attendees and their guests.

Who?

Admission to this exclusive event is included in your Global Exchange Conference registration (excludes student tickets). Once registered, you’ll have the option to purchase additional tickets for any family members you would like to bring to Universal Islands of Adventure evening for an additional cost.

What?

Get ready for one of the biggest parties The Global Exchange Conference has ever thrown because we’ve reserved areas of Universal Islands of Adventure theme park just for you! Featuring themed lands and cutting-edge rides, Islands of Adventure promises excitement around every bend.

This is where it goes down. And up. And down again. Magical creatures. A school of witchcraft and wizardry. Even dinosaurs (turns out, not so extinct). Take a ride, multiple rides. Some will make your head spin (figuratively speaking).

Some will just mess up your hair. All of them will say: Every island is a new reality.

When?

On Tuesday, October 8, guests should start to arrive at the Dolphin Hotel from 6:00 pm with shuttles running from 6:30 – 8:00 pm. The park closes at 10:30 pm with final buses returning at 11pm.

Private transportation such as Uber, Lyft, or personal vehicle is NOT possible during the event due to the exclusive nature of our access. (Hint: Expect a special arrival experience!)

You will receive a wristband when you check-in at GXC registration. This is your entry into the park.

IMPORTANT: you must wear the wristband for entry. If you lose your wristband it will be $250 to replace it.

The GXC Exclusive Evening at Universal Islands of Adventure is a special event where GXC attendees have private access to the attractions, providing thrills and adventures in a unique setting. It’s an opportunity to connect with peers in an unforgettable way and share experiences together.
